PR 3:14:17 St. George 2007 Long-Term Running Goals: Sub 3 hour marathon. Personal: Married. Stay at home mom. My husband and I have 2 daughters and 4 sons. And I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
With a seemingly impossible long-term goal of running a sub 3 hour marathon, the following scriptures give me hope:
In your patience possess ye your souls. Luke 21:19
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. James 1:4
But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. Romans 8:25
Submit cheerfully and with patience to all the will of the Lord. Mosiah 24:15

Average Heart Rate 169bpm/86%mhr. Miles 15-22 I worked the hardest (90%mhr). Mile 23 began the much needed gradual down-hill to the finish-line. My Garmin was off on mileage and time by a bit. Good race, perfect temp. I gave it my best.
