PR 3:14:17 St. George 2007 Long-Term Running Goals: Sub 3 hour marathon. Personal: Married. Stay at home mom. My husband and I have 2 daughters and 4 sons. And I am a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
With a seemingly impossible long-term goal of running a sub 3 hour marathon, the following scriptures give me hope:
In your patience possess ye your souls. Luke 21:19
But let patience have her perfect work, that ye may be perfect and entire, wanting nothing. James 1:4
But if we hope for that we see not, then do we with patience wait for it. Romans 8:25
Submit cheerfully and with patience to all the will of the Lord. Mosiah 24:15

| Alexis and Luke wouldn't get out of bed this morning, so we didn't exercise before I ran on my own. We will get out later on in the day.
Ran 3.87 on my own in 45:03. My watch deleted my run.
Played two on two basketball (half-court) with Alexis, Luke, and Preston for an hour or more at the gym with the other kiddos running around.

| Skipped exercise this morning so that Alexis, Luke, and I could attend President Packer's Funeral. Mom and Bailey were both kind enough to make this possible. He passed away 1 week ago on July 3. There are no words to express the influence he has been in my life. I will miss this great man.
Got our exercise by taking a walk (1 mile) and playing on the Park Ele. playground.
I am exhausted with little explination as to why... Freddy thinks I'm pregnant.
