Ran with Amber and Ali today (not likely to have been a full 8 miles, but I'm counting it for effort). Didn't get much sleep and I developed a full-blown cold over night...just glad to have gotten in my minimum for the day. I feel awful.
Sorry you are doing worse! Perhaps you can take a nap today? When I feel really sick I turn on a movie for the little ones then crawl in bed for a morning nap. I wasn't planning on going to Provo with you this week, I'll be meeting with the SF group. You can meet us at the bishops storehouse at 6:30 then there are plenty of people you can run with if you want to do a slower pace. We might all be going slow if we get the snow forecasted!
Sorry to hear that you aren't feeling well. Good job getting out and running even when you feel louzy. Now you can just relax for the weekend and be ready for next week.
Sorry to hear that you are getting worse not better. I had this a while ago. It was awful. Get some rest and take tomorrow off, it will only dig you deeper into the hole. Hope to see you soon.
You really should take it easy this weekend. You can hang with me tomorrow if you do decide to run. I am not planning on anything spectacular until I am feeling better too. Just let me know!
You're right, Marcie, it's fun to know what people on the blog look like. Especially when we chat fairly often.
Sarah, I think my little clan's pretty cute too...I'm not bias at all:) Every once in a while, we get a good shot where no one's picking or poking or fussing.
